【摘要】:1ThispartofEN746specifiescommonsafetyrequirementsforindustrialthermoprocessingequipment(forexampleindustrialfurnacesandindustrialheatingequipment),whichmeetsthedefinitionformachinerygiveninEN292-1:1991.Itdetailstheanticipatedsignificanthazardsassociatedwithindustrialthermoprocessingequipmentandspecifiestheappropriatepreventativemeasuresforreductionoreliminationofthesehazards.Thisstandardgivesgeneralprinciplesandcommonrequirementsforthereductionofrisksforequipmentscoveredbythescope.ThecommonrequirementsapplytoallofthesubsequentpartsofthisEN746dealingwithspecificequipmentunlessanexceptionisstatedintherelevantPart.Thegeneralprinciples(subclausesarepointedout)willbeusedtoestablishthespecifictechnicalmeasuresinthesubsequentPart(s)dealingwithsafetyrequirementsforparticularequipmentNOTE.ForsimilarequipmentnotcoveredbytheparticularPartsofthisstandard,EN746-1canbeusedtoassistinthereductionofriskforthehazardsidentifiedinclause4(listofhazards).2ThisPartofEN746isapplicabletoindustrialthermoprocessingequipmentsforuseinfieldssuchas:-metallurgicalandmetalworkingplant;-glassmakingplant;-ceramicmanufacturingplant;-cement,limeandgypsummanufacturingplant;-chemicalplant;-wasteincinerationequipment;andheatedby:-gaseousfuels;-liquidfuels;-solidfuels;-mixedfuels;-electricity.ThethermoprocessingequipmentcoveredbythisPartofEN746isfurtherspecifiedinclause3.AmoredetailedlistofthermoprocessingequipmentwithinthesecategoriesisgiveninannexA.Intheremainderofthisstandardtheexpression'equipment'willbeused.ThisPartofEN746isnotapplicabletoblastfurnaces,converters(insteelplants),boilers,weldingmachinesorfoodprocessingequipment.3ThisPartofEN746specifiestherequirementstobemetbythemanufacturertoensurethesafetyofpersonsandpropertyduringcommissioning,startup,operation,shut-down,maintenanceperiodsanddismantling,aswellasintheeventofforeseeablefaultsormalfunctionswhichcanoccurintheequipment.Itspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsatstagesinthelifeoftheequipment,anditsdesign,ordering,construction,useanddisposalItspecifiessafetyrequirementsfor:-protectionagainst:-mechanicalhazards,movementofmachineryandmaterial,ejectionofpartsormaterialorliquidsandgases,implosion,structuralfailure;-electricalhazards;-thermalhazards:explosion,fire,scalds,contactwithhotparts,gasesandflames;-noiseandvibration;-thermal,opticalandionisingandnon-ionisingradiation;-harmfulby-productsandhazardoussubstances,poisoning,biologicalandmicro-biologicalcontamination,pollutionandenvironmentaldiscomfort;-otherhazardssuchaslistedinclause4;-maintenance,provisionforindicators,andinspection.ThispartofEN746appliestoequipmentwhichisplacedonthemarketafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
