【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheprotectiveprovisionsrelatingtoelectricalsafetyinfixedinstallationsassociatedwitha.c.and/ord.c.tractionsystemsandtoanyinstallationsthatcanbeendangeredbythetractionpowersupplysystem.Italsoappliestoallaspectsoffixedinstallationsthatarenecessarytoensureelectricalsafetyduringmaintenanceworkwithinelectrictractionsystems.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoallnewlinesandtoallmajorrevisionstoexistinglinesforthefollowingelectrictractionsystems:a)railways;b)guidedmasstransportsystemssuchas1)tramways,2)elevatedandundergroundrailways,3)mountainrailways,4)trolleybussystems,and5)magneticallylevitatedsystems,whichuseacontactlinesystem,c)materialtransportationsystems.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:d)minetractionsystemsinundergroundmines;e)cranes,transportableplatformsandsimilartransportationequipmentonrails,temporarystructures(e.g.exhibitionstructures)insofarasthesearenotsupplieddirectlyorviatransformersfromthecontactlinesystemandarenotendangeredbythetractionpowersupplysystem;f)suspendedcablecars;g)funicularrailways.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifyworkingrulesformaintenance.
